feat: reintento del ollama pull (3 intentos)

El pull de ~2 GB puede morir por red (unexpected EOF / i/o timeout,
visto en smoke test real en Windows). Reintenta 3 veces con pausa
y, si agota, deja el comando a mano para reintentar.
