refactor: unify /coffee → /support

- Rename coffee.astro → support.astro (broader scope: ko-fi, crypto, wallets)
- Update all /coffee links → /support across website + extension pages
- Update nav, footer, hero, and all 5 extension .md files
- TabFM coffee banner already points to /support
