fix(openwebui): model alternates 2023 → 2026 (qwen3)
qwen2.5:7b/llama3.1:8b were 2023-era suggestions. Now:
- qwen3:4b — best in Spanish + reasoning (2.5 GB, 4 GB RAM)
- qwen3:8b — higher quality (5.2 GB, 6 GB RAM)
Sizes verified live against registry.ollama.ai manifests on 2026-09-02
(matching the /quickstart/ table refresh in d0a1 PR #377). Default
llama3.2:3b unchanged — ships with the pack.

Honest copy: remove backup claims, fix Hetzner redirects, add .env security
- WordPress README: remove 'backups automatizado' claim
- All READMEs: honest descriptions matching website landing pages
- Replace Hetzner/Contabo affiliate links (broken/placeholder) with Vultr/DigitalOcean (active)
- Fix /precios/ → /packs/ URL (404 redirect)
- WordPress compose: require .env for passwords, no insecure defaults
- Add .env.example template
- INSTALL.md: updated with honest copy and Vultr/DO links
- All deploy.sh banners: updated to match new honest copy
